What IntraClin is

IntraClin is a healthcare information technology company building Clinical Workflow Intelligence (CWI), built around a single conviction: patient care deserves the healing hands of humans.

Nurses, physicians, and clinicians work their lives toward the hours they spend giving care. Too many of those hours go to super-user work instead — bridging systems, keeping the paper list, translating between the technology and the floor. IntraClin exists to give those hours back — to the nurses, to the patients, and to your bottom line.

We don't replace what works at the bedside. We harmonize it.

Preserve what heals. Fix what gets in the way.

Who's behind it

Katie Sekercak, Founder of IntraClin

Katie Sekercak

Founder, IntraClin

Katie Sekercak has spent two decades working every side of the implementation table — bedside nurse, clinical lead, product owner, vendor executive. IntraClin is committed to helping hospitals evolve into the next age of AI-augmented healthcare technology — so they can stay committed to world-class care at the bedside.

Music runs through everything here. Theater with her daughters, a hip-hop show with her sons — there aren't many things that aren't better with the right rhythm. That's not decoration on the brand; it's the same instinct. A hospital floor has a rhythm, and you can hear when it's off. IntraClin is what happens when someone who thinks in cadence starts listening to workflows.

Why it exists

IntraClin exists because she kept seeing the same gap from every angle. HIT vendors deliver the systems. Consultants fly in and fly out. Nobody was giving voice to what the people on the floor were doing to compensate for the difference.

So she built the first platform that does.

IntraClin gives voice to the people compensating for them.

Measures workflow behaviors — never patient data, never staff identity

Other engagements

Katie takes a small number of engagements outside hospital consulting.

Panel and conference speaking — clinical informatics, AI in clinical workflow, and what actually happens between a system going live and a floor adapting to it.

Clinical diligence — evaluating whether a legacy clinical product still fits how care is delivered now. For investors, corp dev teams, and strategy offices with a deal in motion.

Clinical product advisory — problem scoping, clinical readiness review, and domain guidance for teams building health technology. Narrowing a broad idea to the specific clinical problem worth solving.

Why Now

The measurement layer for responsible AI governance.

In June 2026, The Joint Commission and the Coalition for Health AI introduced the first voluntary certification for the Responsible Use of AI in Healthcare (RUAIH) — recognizing health systems that can show how AI is actually governed and monitored, not just that a policy exists. That's the same gap IntraClin was built to measure: what's really happening at the bedside, unit by unit. As AI quietly reshapes clinical work, our mission is to give leadership the evidence to govern it responsibly.
